Never used ebay, that’s something you don’t hear come out of someone’s mouth very often, lol. Give it a go, it’s great. If this can be picked up for 30 bucks from that indian bloke, I’m getting it for sure (after exams).

Just did the same thing, DA:O for $21 + $10 postage. Too cheap not to buy considering the reviews. It’s being praised for having a very deep story which is what I love in video games.

lol installing DA at 10.45 when you’re meant to sleep at 11 isn’t smart :sweat:. Only did the first tutorial part, but still meant i feel like crap now! From the tiny peek I got at it, i’m already freakin stoked, so the pain is totally worth it.

What are ppl playin? For the last few rpgs i’ve been playing paladin to start with, but considering DA is supposedly the scion of Baldur’s Gate, I’m hoping this means mages go back to being totally kick arse! Still tossing up whether to roll an elf or human.

edit: also what difficulty level? I’m gonna start out at hardened or whatever is one above Normal. Am I gonna get raped or is it doable?

patch it with 1.01 Johann … as it gets tough even on normal … the patch lightens it up to a more managable dificulty.

Im itching to specialise with my warrior … and then next ill go a thieving little so n so
