nah kepy my old muffler, dad did say it was a bit pricey, but i’m not overly fussed

#762

Ah well, least it’s fixed.

Just for future reference, I’ve had rear mufflers replaced and installed for around $100.

My XR8 cost me $300 to remove the centre muffler, install twin resonators with additional pipe to make up the difference in length, two new chrome tips and make it all fit nicely. That same job was quoted to me at around $800 at another exhaust place, I walked out.

CMON WEBBER

really hope Vettel crashes into Hamilton and dies from embarrassment … and Mark takes the flag … and then its sooooo close to the 2010 WC. Would be so bloody awesome.

Thats my w/e goal… to wath the qualifying and race un-interrupted for once !

#764

Webber has my full support for the WDC. Nobody deserves it more, he’s always had the ability, but rubbish cars till now.

makes sense :rolleyes2:

Is the latest season of top gear out on the toobs? Last one I saw was the Iraq special (which I thought was actually a bit lacklustre). But the new season has an S1000RR on the Top Gear track! Colour me intrigued! I know we’ve covered the bike/car speed angle before, but still, that’s one sexy machine!

(don’t read the article if you don’t wanna spoil the result)

#767

thats old, they’ve alerady done an episode after that :stuck_out_tongue:

There you go.

I won’t get into the bike v car debate again either. It can just be said that a bike is the cheapest way to get around a track quickly, but there are 4 wheeled machines that will out run them.

the WRX is finally coming back into sedan form :yahoo:

#770

Yeah, looks really good with the chunky body kit.

#771

ironic, suburu brings back teh sedan WRX STI and Mitsubishi cans the Evo, no Evo 11

#772

What’ worse is the reason they have pulled it from the market, to focus on electric vehicles.

#773

Technically a motorcycle.

1800cc V twin, 0-100 4.5s.

Interesting look if nothin else!

#774

Really cool, JC rubbished it on the last episode of TG when they were talking about it. How could you not like it, the engine is just sitting there for the world to see, only problem would be stone chips and bugs…

#775

Damn, I need to catch up on my TG

#776

It was only in the news, they didn’t test drive it, I hope they do later on though.

#777

Hmmmmmmm…

#778

LMAO.

It’s really funny for me as one of Dad’s mates who also owns a vintage Fiat 500 has a Ferrari shield on the side of his car…

It’s going to want to be pretty special, especially against the standard abarth. It would want to have Ferrari power-plant to but it obviously is still using the fiat engine, can’t imagine Ferrari touching a 4 cylinder with a 10’ pole (at least not until 2013 when Formula 1 changes to them).

#779

well the inside looks the goods, but 80 grand . . .

#780

reminds me I’m a whole season behind now.
