If you are putting games on it, get a 7200 RPM drive to minimise load times. If just for storage (videos, pics, music), then a 5400 - 5900 RPM (Green) drive would be fine.
The 1TB Seagate is the quickest of your selection.
These are also good, my personal favourite.
Edit: Also, at this level it doesn’t make any remarkable difference whether the drive has a SATA II/III interface.
