As far as social media goes, we got a new Digital expert (sales role) because he found out we were recruiting via Twitter. Things are certianly changing like it or not.

The OE website is the limit of my social media exposure. I refuse to have a facebook page or to tweet hoping someone give a shit about what I am doing!
