They’re ****ing huge. Looks so nice.

LOL. I didn’t notice that, I just assumed my works internet was slow as buggery as per usual.

Having now finished both, it was definitely worth playing the first imo, adds so much more to the story. 2nd is a stunning game though, so close to being perfect. Only bad thing I have to say out it is the stupid bug whereby you mouse suddenly stops working in combat is a killer.

I started playing Witcher 2 prior to taking my graphics cards apart, it was awesome and I’ll be getting back into it when I have a chance.

I won’t be going back to play the first game though, I can never bring myself to do it after playing a sequel.

I keep going between thinking this is gonna be awesome and thinking they’ve consolised the crap outta it.

New screenies look like they’ve put in more effort than would be needed for consoles tho, so some hope restored!

Screenies look sweet.

Also for $2 more you can get yourself a hard copy of the game, which is what I’ll do when it’s out (decided against the preorder)

I prefer the hard copy too.

Anyone had the opportunity to play this yet!?

Question for those who have (or may be able to answer otherwise…) is it recommended that you’ve at least played 1 run through of “Witcher” before playing Witcher 2!?

#36

Carbs and blademan both reckon it’s an awesome game. Playing the first is a good idea, but I don’t believe it’s necessarily needed.

great game, i cbf finishing the first one
